""Jeffe AKA Frenchie convinced my fiance and I to purchase a bike all in one day! We went in to this Harley Davidson location because it is 5 minutes from our home. We had no idea we would meet new friends. We felt welcomed and we purchased from every department. The parts guy Derrick was very open and honest, Peter was so nice and welcoming to her insurance on the bike at closing, and Joe stayed over to also handle our closing deal! Frenchie was the GLUE that connected us all. He educated us on the bike, showed us how to operate it. We rode away with smiles and comfort! We will be back shopping again! We even bought a new seat, add on, a helmet and new HD leather jacket. The sales woman was very honest and nice with choosing helmets as well! Southside is the best HD location Ive ever been to!
