  • "Chris from service was amazing. Made an appointment less than 24 hrs in advance for a headlight that wouldn't turn on. Traveling from Boston to NC. In less than an hour (30 min?) they found my headlight was simply unplugged. NO CHARGE. Great service!! Got me back on the road quick."

I couldn’t leave the place without a bike, I fell in love with one I liked and now I’m the owner of a 22 forty-eight. If you go into this place, I recommend you ask for Frenchie for all your bike shopping needs. Of course, I had a great experience with all of the employees and I’m sure all of them would treat you with the same service I received. After the buying experience, I was offered hospitality and honest friendships. Petar did a wonderful job during the financial breakdown of my purchase. He gave me an in depth explanation of all the things I could do to help protect my loan, as well as protect my new bike. Overall, I had a wonderful experience, and I’ll be back."

  • "I wrote this review the other day and realized I didnt stress the most important part... EVERYONE at the dealership was fantastic! From the main boss to the mechanic, everyone who saw me asked about well being after the accident and was genuinely interested in me getting back on my bike. Anyone could do the work but, its the care and understanding from all the people here that make a huge difference! I wouldnt go anywhere else!**
    I was in an accident (got rear ended at a stop light). Got the bike to Southside Harley and, couldn't have done better. They dealt with the insurance guy, they made sure I knew what was going on the whole time and, got my bike back to me faster than anyone thought. Why would you trust your bike to anyone else? Everyone there is fantastic and, I got genuine appreciation for being a customer. Highly recommend."
